Instructors use a range of techniques to draw and facilitate the production of linguistic data from the student.
P2: Insight
The data is recorded in a personal Student Learning File, then assessed and analyzed by our Academic Team - Instructors, Instructor Coach and Academic Coordinator - to assure that the student progresses at an optimal pace.
P3: Elevation
The student's Learning Plan is adjusted taking the analysis into account, and then they are guided on how to take their speaking up to the next level.

Dedicated Account Manager

Student Learning File
E-QIP continually tracks the development of each student via detailed notes, and aprises companies of their employees’ growth at the end of every session. For E-QIP, it’s not about doling out ‘grades’; our aim is to use our personal assessments of each student to address their specific needs and equip them with the skills they need to thrive in and out of the office.

Reports
At the end of each session, you will receive a report on your team members’ progress, as compiled by their teacher and prepared by your Account Manager, who will provide detailed information about the topics covered, improvements and, most importantly, suggestions for next steps.

I was really impressed by 1) the overall teaching philosophy and 2) the infinite patience of their teachers. If you only learned a foreign language the old fashioned, classroom-based way and as a result hated the experience, E-QIP's methods and atmosphere will come as a (good) shock to you. I learned English for about 1 year at E-QIP. At first I intended to study there for 3 months or so, but I came to enjoy studying English at the school and extended the period. I took 2-3 semesters of Japanese group class a few years ago. I found the teacher covered a lot of useful topics and give us plenty of practice not just reading and writing but speaking and listening as well. Afterward, I visited Japan for 2 months and was so happy to be able to have small conversations with locals. I am really thankful for E-QIP method of teaching. French is the official language of Quebec, and as such, the ability to cater to French-speaking patrons, clients and partners isn’t just the norm for companies doing business in the province—it’s the law. Each year, we work with hundreds of local professionals who are eager to work, live and thrive in Quebec, but whose lack of French proficiency prevents them from doing so to the best of their abilities. The 1% Law
This regulation encourages employers to provide educational opportunities for their employees. Training expenses, such as language lessons, may qualify – and cost essentially nothing – depending on the company’s situation. Companies under the Act that don’t take advantage of it are required to pay up to 1% of their payroll into the Workforce Skills Development and Recognition Fund.
