Train Your Employees in English or French

As a language school, our reputation—and therefore our success—depends entirely on your success, and we’re confident that our proven, Kaizen Connect™ teaching methods are a one-way ticket to confident communication.
Get Started

Kaizen Connect®

This three-stage cycle is applied continuously to your language learning:

P1: Production

Instructors use a range of techniques to draw and facilitate the production of linguistic data from the student.

P2: Insight

The data is recorded in a personal Student Learning File, then assessed and analyzed by our Academic Team - Instructors, Instructor Coach and Academic Coordinator - to assure that the student progresses at an optimal pace.

P3: Elevation

The student's Learning Plan is adjusted taking the analysis into account, and then they are guided on how to take their speaking up to the next level.
Kaizen Connect® is an agile learning system developed and used by E-QIP for more than a decade. This framework is designed exclusively for learning a new language, with one central purpose: to help you learn faster.

The E-QIP Advantage

Your team’s personal account manager—your point person on our Corporate Programs team, whose sole focus is the success of our corporate students—will be the one handling your inquiries and questions, compiling your team’s progress reports and doing whatever else it takes to meet your aims.

At the end of each session, you will receive a report on your team members’ progress, as compiled by their teacher and prepared by your Account Manager, who will provide detailed information about the topics covered, improvements and, most importantly, suggestions for next steps.

Francization Programs

French is the official language of Quebec, and as such, the ability to cater to French-speaking patrons, clients and partners isn’t just the norm for companies doing business in the province—it’s the law. Each year, we work with hundreds of local professionals who are eager to work, live and thrive in Quebec, but whose lack of French proficiency prevents them from doing so to the best of their abilities. To us, a lack of French proficiency isn’t a barrier to living in Montreal, but an opportunity—to learn something new with benefits that extend far beyond our provincial borders, and to reap all of the many benefits that come from learning a language later in life. We’re passionate about helping companies to communicate with the country’s vast French-speaking market, and we’ll get you there faster than anyone else.

Subsidies

The 1% Law

This regulation encourages employers to provide educational opportunities for their employees. Training expenses, such as language lessons, may qualify – and cost essentially nothing – depending on the company’s situation. Companies under the Act that don’t take advantage of it are required to pay up to 1% of their payroll into the Workforce Skills Development and Recognition Fund. Why not put that money to use in your own company instead? Find out if you meet the criteria: 1 888 577 0777 or hello@eqip123.com.

Subsidies from Emploi-Quebec

This program provides additional benefits to a company after they have already maximized their use of Quebec’s 1% Law. Created to help companies expand their market presence and workers retain their positions, subsidies from 50-100% are available for language lessons.
